Growing Greatness is an initiative to recruit and train Harnett County graduates and student teachers to become educators within our district. The program provides 3 weeks of paid professional development during each summer before students graduate from an education program. Upon graduation, Harnett County students are guaranteed a job with the district. This interest meeting is open to SENIORS ONLY!
