45 Western Harnett High School students, teachers, parents, and family members traveled to France, the UK, and Ireland this summer. The unforgettable trip with Education First tours included visiting Versailles, the Louvre, Westminster Abbey, Conwy Castle, and St. Patrick's Cathedral.
Education First tours provide international education through experiential learning. Travel broadens our understanding of the world through language, travel, and cultural exchange. Under the leadership of Ms. Troutman, the group was able to enjoy sightseeing tours that brought history to life!
Thank you to Ms. Troutman and the chaperone team — Ms. Hardee, Mr. & Mrs. O’Quinn, Ms. Frenzied, and Ms. Smith for facilitating this amazing opportunity for our students and families. It is no small feat to organize such a large group of travelers. This was the first international trip for WHHS in several years. What an amazing 10-day experience!
