Back-To-School prep is in full swing at Harnett County Schools!
300+ educators participated in the 2023 HCS Curriculum Summit. The summit provided 2 days of professional development through lectures, small discussion groups, panels, and breakout sessions.
Professional development keeps our teachers current on standards-aligned curriculum and up to date on new developments in teaching methods, and emerging technology designed to support our students in today’s modern global environment.
These educators are leading the charge to elevate education in Harnett County Schools by engaging topics like effective communication, teaching strategies, strategic planning, targeted instruction, building positive relationships, and so much more.
Combined with their passion and purposefulness—they will continue to create a classroom community where everyone can learn.
