Beginning Monday, April 13, 2026, School Nutrition/the WHMS Cafeteria will transition from K12 Payment Center to SchoolCafé.

SchoolCafé will be the new online platform families will use to view balances, make payments, and manage their student’s breakfast and lunch account.

FAQs

Q1: Will I have to set up an account in SchoolCafé?

A1: Yes, start by visiting our new web address or click here to scan the QR code.

Q2: What information do I need to have before registering with SchoolCafé?

A2: A valid email address and phone number for all future communications.

Q3: What information do I need to add students (or staff) to my account?

A3: A school district-provided Student ID (Infinite Campus number) for the student and the name of the school your student is enrolled in.

Q4: I received an error message starting with “No result found…” whenever I try to add a student. What should I do?

A4: Ensure that all the information entered matches the information on file. If you are still unable to add a student, contact the School Nutrition office.

Q5: Will my student's previous balance roll over to SchoolCafé?

A5: Any student or staff member who has a balance as of Thursday, April 2, 2026, the balance will transfer to SchoolCafé.

Automatic Payments may be set up to replenish a student’s account when it falls below a specified amount. Just as in the past, payments should be processed within 20 minutes but can take up to 24-48 hours.
