Angier Elementary School's third grade nurturing students recently hosted a community food drive.
The students created their own posters and commercials to advertise this special event. Their goal was to collect 1,000 items. The children were excited to report that they exceeded their goal by collected 1,490 items.
All the items donated went to the food and clothes pantry at Harnett Central Middle School. Great job students!
