GROWING GREATNESS IN LEADERSHIP

The Growing Greatness in Leadership program is made possible through a partnership with Campbell University. 12 candidates from Harnett County Schools will work alongside a school principal during a 1-year paid internship. This will provide them with valuable learning opportunities and practical work experiences, as they are exposed to the real-world facets of school leadership.

During this time, they will also complete assigned coursework with Campbell University.

Candidates who successfully complete the program will earn their master’s degree in School Administration (MSA) and will be eligible for licensure as a North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) school administrator.

We are grateful for the Harnett County Board of Education, school leadership teams, as well as Campbell University, for supporting this program.
