The Blueprint: Back-To-School

Over 100 Harnett County Schools employees from the Student Support Services team gathered for their beginning of the year meeting. School Counselors, School Nurses, School Social Workers, Success Coaches, Homebound Teachers, Student Support Services Interns, Family Engagement Specialists, Registrars, and Mental Health Specialists came ready to take on the upcoming school year.

The itinerary was filled with engaging presentations and energizing discussions designed to prime the team for the year ahead.

Mr. Jermaine White, Superintendent of Student Support Services dubbed this year’s meeting #TheBlueprint , “It fully supports the district's new strategic plan and re-establishes our commitment to excellence in all areas of Student Support Services. I am so proud to work with these professionals each day. It is going to be an amazing school year for our students and their families!"

Student Support Services Professionals work with stakeholders from across the district to provide strategies, interventions, and resources that are important to the academic, social, and emotional growth and development of students.
