Congratulations to all the young bookworms who participated in the District Battle of the Books Competition!
Elementary school teams from across Harnett County brought their A-game, and the competition was fierce! But in the end, there could only be one winner. After a nail-biting tiebreaker, Angier Elementary emerged victorious! Huge applause to Angier Elementary for their outstanding performance! They will go on to represent Harnett County in the regional competition on Saturday, April 13th at Corinth Holders Elementary School.
Let's also give a round of applause to Boone Trail Elementary for securing 2nd place and Buies Creek Elementary for grabbing 3rd place! Your dedication and hard work truly paid off!
