SUN Bucks: A new food assistance program for school children.
Starting this summer, families that qualify can expect to receive $120 per eligible child in grocery-buying benefits on a debit-like card. These benefits can be used to purchase food at retailers that accept EBT, including most major grocery stores.
Visit the SUN Bucks webpage at www.ncdhhs.gov/sunbucks to learn more.
IMPORTANT: Some families will get benefits automatically sent to the mailing address in their child’s school record. Update your child’s mailing address by March 28th by contacting your child’s school.

Thank you, Jamie Hughey, for going above and beyond for our staff, students, and families!

We expect to distribute our apples from our Apple Fundraiser on Friday, March 3rd from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm.
Apples will not be distributed prior to 8:15 am so that we do not interfere with our carpool/bus arrival procedures.
From 8:15 am to 5:00 pm, parents will need to enter the bus parking lot from our 10th street entrance and drive down by the cafeteria. We will have staff out there to help direct them.
Anyone arriving prior to 8:15 am for apple pick up will be held on 10th street until all students have cleared the bus parking lot. During our afternoon dismissal time, those picking up will again be held on 10th street until the dismissal process has been completed. All orders will be distributed through the bus parking lot. Please do not enter through the front entrance.
