Homecoming BLUE OUT, Friday, 10/10!!!!

2025 Harnett County Farm-City Week events. This year is the 70th anniversary of Farm-City Week.
Since 1955, National Farm-City Week has celebrated farmers and highlighted agriculture’s role as the backbone of local, state, and national economies. Each year, the local Kiwanis and Harnett County Cooperative Extension Service honor achievements in agriculture, education, and community development during Farm-City Week. Events such as art, baking, and hay-bale decorating competitions, scholarships, award recognitions, Ag Day, etc bring our communities together. There are many activities and events planned to celebrate and advocate for Harnett County agriculture, which your students are eligible to participate in.

Harnett stands 14th among North Carolina’s 100 counties in total farm income.
