Please be advised that every Tuesday for the entire month of April, you and your students can come to the media center at school during Hawk Time (10:40-11:00am) to receive assistance in completing the FAFSA applications for free money for college! Please take advantage of this opportunity! No need to sign up, just show up! FAFSA must be submitted by April 30. Every student who completes the FAFSA for THS will be entered to win a $50 gift card to Amazon! We look forward to helping you and your students apply for free money for college!

Cap and Gown delivery date is Tuesday, April 8th. You must have a $0.00 balance with Jostens to pick up your cap and gown.
If you have NOT ordered your cap and gown, Jostens will have some for sale for $75.00 on April 8th. They will accept cash, cash app, and Venmo. They will NOT accept credit cards.
You must have a cap and gown to participate in the group cap and gown photo on Wednesday, April 16th.

ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL LADIES GRADES 9-12
Have you ever been interested in Emergency Management as a career. This one-week summer camp is the perfect experience to learn about our field of work and is FREE to all students that are accepted.
The application period is now open for the 2025 North Carolina Emergency Management Experience! The summer day camp experience is June 23-27 at the State EOC in Raleigh and is open to rising 9-12 grade young ladies who may be interested in a career in public safety. Lots of field trips and hands-on experiences hitting a plethora of topics including, but not limited to: Intro to EM, NC-HART, Swiftwater Rescue, Stop the Bleed, Incident Management, Healthcare EM, State Medical Assistance Teams, and lots MORE!
