Highschool Summer Bridge
Welcome to high school! We are happy to welcome you to middle school and look forward to your successful ninth-grade year. We have many opportunities to offer and hope you'll be able to take advantage of them. This year one of our opportunities is the Summer Bridge program. The Summer Bridge program is designed to help incoming ninth-graders prepare and adjust to high school both academically and socially.
The Summer Bridge program is offered Monday through Thursday from 8:00 A.M. to 2:15 P.M. on July 10-13 and July 17-20 for a total of 8 days. During this time rising, ninth-graders will be able to participate in engaging, high-quality learning and enrichment programs led by highly effective teachers in small groups. The Summer Bridge program will offer transportation, and breakfast and lunch will be served daily.
To plan effectively, students must sign up now for the Summer Bridge program. If you are interested, please fill out a registration form. The form can be found on the high school Facebook page or the webpage your child will attend.

The Summer SPLASH program is designed to help incoming Kindergarten students prepare and adjust to school both academically and socially. We are very excited to invite you to participate in our Summer SPLASH program.
The Summer SPLASH program is offered Monday through Thursday from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on July 17-20 and July 24-27 for a total of 8 days. During this time incoming Kindergarteners will have the opportunity to participate in engaging, high-quality learning and enrichment programs led by highly effective teachers in small groups. The Summer SPLASH program will offer transportation, and breakfast and lunch will be served daily.
To plan effectively, students must sign up now for the Summer SPLASH program. If you are interested, please fill out a registration form. The form can be found on the Facebook page or the webpage of the elementary school your child will attend.
Additional information will be sent home to complete the Summer SPLASH program registration.

Recently we shared the exciting news that we will open our first Year Round School in the summer of 2023 and named Mrs. Elizabeth Hodge as the principal of our year-round school. We will continue to accept students for the year-round school this month.
I have attached the approved calendar for the year-round school at LaFayette Elementary located at 108 LaFayette School Rd, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526, and some information about Mrs. Hodge.
