Enrollment Information

Welcome to Western Harnett Middle School! We are glad that you are joining our Cardinal Team! In order to enroll your child at Western Harnett Middle School, you will need to complete the Harnett County Schools Enrollment process. You will go through the following steps:

  1. Go to the Harnett County Schools Website

  2. Go to the Parents Tab

  3. Click on Enrollment

  4. Click on the Online Enrollment Link located on the right side of the screen

Items needed for enrollment:

  • Proof of Residency

  • Student's Birth Certificate

  • Student's Health Record

  • Legal Documents - Custody Paperwork

  • Withdrawal Form from Previous School - If School has already begun

  • Copy of the last report card showing grade placement - If enrolling during the summer

  • Current IEP if applicable

  • Current 504 Plan if applicable

  • Academically & Intellectually Gifted Plan if applicable
